edit

1. How long does it take for logs to travel from Africa, South America to China? Does it affect the weight of the product?

2. Based on the fact that the purchaser is not on site, if there is an error between the weight and volume of the document and the actual situation, how to deal with it?

3. If the certificate of origin and disinfection and quarantine certificate are lost in the midway, how will they be handled again?

4. How to apply for a 14-21 day free charter period for the import terminal?

5. How to charge for container damage of different shipping companies?

6. I am worried that there is too much difference between the current price review and the purchase price?

7. Can you give a detailed list of the import terminal, transportation and port miscellaneous charges of a batch of goods?

8. If the number of containers is large, can there be a discount for logistics service?

9. If I am an intermediate trader, can you act as our agent to directly deal with domestic consignees?

10. The price of log market fluctuates greatly. How can I control my import turnover time?

6、 The elements that an advantageous wood import forwarder should have

1. Have rich experience in importing timber, logs and wood products at various ports.

2. Accurately check the import price of relevant timber from South America and Africa

3. Be able to process the related packing list, invoice and other declaration documents flexibly and quickly.

4. Be able to provide customers with rapid disinfection, fumigation and quarantine work through reasonable request.

5. Save the terminal fee and container rental fee, and facilitate the fastest time to pick up the goods.

7: Import cost agent logistics advance fee

1. Exchange fee - wharf fee - counter rental fee,

2. Agent inspection and customs declaration fee -- customs declaration agent -- commodity inspection agent -- quarantine and disinfection

3. Additional charges for inspection and inspection of containers (depending on whether there is inspection or not)

4. Port fee: 5 / 10000 of the value of the goods

5. Commodity inspection fee: three thousandths per ticket

Note: at present, the commonly used logs imported by China are: beech wood from Canada, white elephant wood from Canada, mahogany and African yellow pear from Africa, Asian pear wood from Cotonou, Guyana, sandalwood from Mozambique, red and white oak from the United States, walnut from North America, rubber wood from Thailand, borog from Indonesia, etc.

Log import general trade declaration:

1. Receipt: check whether the documents are complete and accurate after receiving the documents. Documents: plant inspection certificate, certificate of origin, bill of lading, code sheet

2. Change order

After receiving the full set of documents from customers, it is necessary to find out which shipping company carries the imported goods, which shipping agency acts as the shipping agent, and where to exchange the bill of lading for customs clearance. It depends on which form of bill of lading is the original or telegraphic release. Generally, it is an instruction bill of lading or straight bill of lading with corresponding endorsement on the bill of lading. The bill of lading with endorsement can be exchanged with the corresponding shipping company / shipping agent for bill of lading!

When we receive the shipping company's notice of arrival, we need to supplement the correct Chinese customs declaration information to the shipping company (it is better that the error rate of the supplementary information is relatively small when we receive a full set of documents)

3. Application for inspection

The most important thing for wood is whether the data on the plant inspection certificate and the certificate of origin are consistent. For example, if the plant inspection certificate is wrong or not, you can apply for fumigation, but it needs the approval of the director. After the commodity inspection and billing are completed, the customs clearance form will be issued. Guangzhou Nansha Port log and lumber import agent, commodity inspection and customs clearance agent

4. Customs declaration

Customs declaration data: Bill of lading, customs clearance form, invoice, contract, declaration power of attorney and other data are sent to the customs, and the customs will review the documents. After the customs declaration data are passed, the documents will be handed over to the customs. If the documents are returned by the review center, they will be modified and sent again according to the situation (usually for the purpose of specification). One of the cases is that the price we quoted is too low and needs to be revalued. There are three cases of outward transfer

(1) . original price approved

(2) According to the customs price

(3) The price negotiated by both parties

After the price is passed, the tax receipt will be sent to the Customs for examination and release

If the price can not be agreed, the customs can be cleared first by means of deposit, and the tax bill will be issued after the price is determined, with more refund and less compensation

If the goods are not released, the customs will arrange inspection (the inspection rate is about 30%) and release the goods after inspection!

5. Release

Take the release slip to the shipping department to make the delivery note. All the expenses must be settled. If you need to pay the deposit, you need to pay the deposit. Trailer delivery!
