The name and customs code of the imported goods shall be determined according to the name, specification, model, mechanism principle, performance index, function and purpose of the imported goods.
Process of imported machinery and equipment
① Provide bill of lading, packing list, invoice, contract, certificate of origin and insurance policy. ② Apply for automatic import license. ③ After the arrival of the goods, customs declaration and inspection shall be handled. ④ After the customs clearance at the port of entry, the commodity inspection personnel shall be transferred to the destination.
Transfer operation process
① Transfer notice at the port of entry (original).
② Customs declaration form, packing list, invoice and contract (copy) shall be stamped with official seal.
③ Enterprise acceptance report.
④ Apply for inspection at the commodity inspection bureau where the destination (factory) is located.
⑤ The commodity inspection department reviews the documents and implements inspection in the factory.
⑥ The audit department will audit, charge and pay the bills.
⑦ It can be sold and used after the quarantine certificate is issued.
