Operation process
1. Commodity inspection record
The old mechanical and electrical records are generally filed with the General Administration of commodity inspection of the province, and some of them are recorded in the State Administration of commodity inspection. The required data for the enterprise filing include: (1) the application for filing the imported old mechanical and electrical products (fill in on the Internet)（ 2) Business license or registration document of the applicant, consignee or consignor（ 3) List of imported old mechanical and electrical products (including the following items: name, code, quantity, specification and model, origin, manufacturing date, manufacturer, new and new status, price and use.
